Today Change is available in 30 European countries with over 135,000 verified users. We are offering an investment app, enabling anyone to easily and securely invest in various asset classes, including crypto, as well as derivatives on stocks, indexes, commodities, and forex.

As a Compliance Specialist you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and reputation of our company by ensuring compliance with MiFID II and other regulatory obligations. Your duties will include documenting and evaluating compliance activities, delivering training on compliance matters to employees, handling complaints, and liaising with government agencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor compliance frameworks in line with MiFID II, AML/CFT, GDPR, and crypto-specific regulations.
• Conduct KYC/AML checks, transaction monitoring, and internal compliance reviews, including for cryptoasset-related activities.
• Investigate compliance breaches, recommend actionable solutions, and prepare regulatory reports.
• Deliver compliance training to employees and foster a culture of regulatory awareness.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure business decisions align with compliance standards, particularly for crypto and financial products.
• Maintain and update policies and procedures to meet evolving regulatory requirements in the crypto and traditional finance sectors.

What we're looking for

• A Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or regulatory roles.
• A solid understanding of AML/CFT and other relevant EU regulations.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Professional certifications (e.g., ICA, CAMS) are a plus.
• Knowledge or interest in crypto-assets and the respective market is an advantage.
