We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who wants real ownership, not just a fancy title. Someone who likes testing ideas, learning quickly, breaking things (responsibly), and winning with focus — without relying on massive budgets.

The job (straight up)

You own growth.

Not just “support growth.”
Not just “coordinate agencies.”

You’ll run the full funnel end-to-end, decide what to test, measure what matters, kill what doesn’t work, and double down on what does.

This is a hands-on role in a lean startup. If you need a big team, long meetings, or huge  budgets, this role might not be the right fit.

What you’ll actually do

• Own the entire growth funnel (acquisition → activation → retention → referral)

• Run fast, disciplined growth experiments 

• Manage and scale performance channels with ROI discipline (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, X)

• Build and optimize email, in-app, and push automation

• Track and analyze funnel

• Build simple dashboards that show what’s working and what’s not 

• Work directly with product and engineering on onboarding, activation, and growth loops

• Drive SEO, referrals, and partnerships that compound over time

• Turn data into clear, practical decisions

Who this is for

• You’re a doer with a strong growth or performance marketing background

• You communicate clearly in English (Dutch is a bonus)
